Conditions of entry:-
● For acknowledgement of entry please include a VALID email address,
● All Competition entries must be received by 30th April 2017
● All camping only entries must be received by 10th May 2017
● Once submitted refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled where a
20% fee will apply.
● Entries are not transferable
● Double entries must be detailed on the form and a separate form submitted for each driver otherwise they will not be accepted
● Non accepted bookings will incur a £5.35 handling charge
● ALRC levy is not optional and is required per form
● Additional pitches may be booked for the use of the entrant only
● All camping pitches must be occupied by a member of an ALRC club or invited guest
● Please refer to ALRC Green Book for Vehicle Class
● Event program is subject to change.

For Camping entry: I confirm that I am a member of an ALRC Club, I confirm I will abide by the rules for the event.
For Competition entry:I confirm that I am a member of an ALRC Club, that I have read the conditions of entry and will abide by the rules of the MSA and ALRC. If required for this entry I declare that I hold a valid RTA Driving Licence.
